“Breakfast was ok, staff ok, my room was good but grand daughters room had many ants, she reported to staff and lady said they could move her but there was no one there to check her room till morning. I stay in many hotels and never heard of such response. Would not recommend ”

“Did not feel safe in the area. The restaurant was not good. The manager refunded half of the meal. There was random bits of garbage in the hall. And the crackheads coming up on and bothering people infront of the hotel entrance on the hotel property. The garbage cans in front of the hotel were overflowing. The room was nice, but the river view wasn’t appealing and quite gross. ”

“Was terrible place to stay”

“The Internet and our area of the hotel did not work. Reported it to the front desk on the first day of our stay and nothing was fixed. Room was not made up after our first day and only made up on our second day. Coffee at the coffee bar was overpriced at $4.50 per cup. Overall, a very disappointing experience.”

“The room was okay but could have been cleaner and some things need updated. The hotel itself was nice. Breakfast was great. We always try to stay at a Staybridge Suites because the rooms are big. We had one issue when someone else had a key to our room and didnt knock they just tried to enter but luckily we had the security lock on and when the door hit that they left fast before we could see who was there. “The room wasn't as clean as it should be. The tv remote didn't work correctly. The bed sheets don't fit and continually come undone. The furniture it beginning to look shabby and my door key was deactivating during my stay.”
