“This home has the best location near the beach! My favorite spot was the master bedroom upstairs, I enjoyed the view from upstairs and being able to listen to the ocean. Having two bathrooms was key, my only suggestion would be to get a curtain that isn't see thru. ”

For example, we paid the required pet fee to bring our dog, yet the house rules state there would be extra charges for any evidence of a dog’s presence (such as fur). That felt confusing, as it’s unclear what the pet fee covers if normal, reasonable signs of a pet could...
