“Clean room for the most part. Pool area was dirty. The restaurant was closed so they gave us access to the Delta Pantry at no charge. It was never restocked, all that was available was coffee and nutra grain bars.”

“We specifically chose this location because of the pool so our kids could swim. After checking in, we discovered the pool was completely closed and had been drained. There was nothing on the website warning about it. For the price we paid for one night, missing one of the big amenities was a disappointment. I noted all of this to the person at the checkout desk, and she said she would talk to her manager, but we were never contacted about it.”

“Would not stay here again. First there were a million ants in our room. I left my daughters pop on the tv stand and left the room for maybe 45 mins and when we returned it was covered.. the front desk said there was no one to clean them and no other rooms available, then proceeded to tell me there was nothing they can do. My 80 year old grandma had to go and argue for some spray so I could clean them up myself... They close the pool too early. Front desk staff were so rude and very...
