“The room had a bunch of garbage, used dog toys, etc under the beds. We stayed in room 117 which literally opens up directly to the front lobby. There was no privacy, it was very loud late into the night and early morning with people going in and out, dogs barking, loud voices, doors shutting. Our entire family and dog didn’t get any rest.
The property is well maintained. The pool was nice and the hospital staff were great.”

“The carpet was filthy. It had stains everywhere. The refrigerator didn’t work and we didn’t get a new one until the next day. Then the microwave stopped working. The room was old. The windows was dirty, so the view was not clear. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.”

“Besides the fridge giving a awful smell even when you didn't open it (was way worse when it was opened) and all the food smelling like it . The place is amazing. The location is amazing. The staff was amazing. The bed is super comfy.”
