Resort a Toledo

“I love the beach side room. Very interesting place. Walking around is my favorites rather than ride the golf cart to get around the resort. The front desk need some training how to greet meet the guests. I mean more pleasant even if you are local or foreign. Helen Williams ( guests )”

“Eccellente hotel ma con spiaggia estremamente piccola e mare non pulito”

“benissimo”

“Siamo rimasti inorriditi difronte al caos di questa struttura, un lunapark per bambini asiatici e famiglie che consumano ogni tipo di cibo a bordo e anche dentro la piscina con musica assordante, dalla reception nessuna informazione sull'area circostante e lingua inglese a livello scuola elementare. “Dirty, elevator not working properly, staff & security acting like owner of the Hotel, location lots hooker and addicts, rooms needs major renovations and needs sanitation too lots cockroaches”

“Staff totally untrained ! Long waiting for restaurant and room service! Personnel friendly but totally untrained ”

“Love this hotel. Clean room and the view in the balcony overlooking the ocean is worth waking up early. The staff are the friendliest and so helpful. The restaurant have the best breakfast and the servers and services are top of the line 👌.”

“Love the place. So good for the kids.”

“I booked this Hotel for my parents, but when they arrived at the place (Hotel). They told my parents that they don't have a room for them because the room that I booked, someone has booked before me. In other words, overbooking. I have hotel confirmation and send a copy to my sister just incase because i live overseas and the time differences. They called me many times while I was sleeping. And my phone was on sleep mode. I saw the message an hour after when i woke up and I was very worried 😟....
