"Having to read a 4 page don’t do list that tells you will be kicked out and they will keep your money for any of a myriad of infractions doesn’t convey the most welcoming attitude. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable."

"This is an older motel but the room we were in had been remodeled. Room was very clean, parking right in front of rooms. Only thing we noticed was that the door had wide gap from bottom up to door knob, so could use some weather stripping. Variety of eating places within close driving proximity."
