“Overall, everything was lovely, but the breakfast was more "grab and go" than a sit-down buffet-type. If you have mobility issues -- the toilet-height was more child-height. If you need a taller commode, ask for accessibility room. We were there overnight, so I didn't bring my elevated seat. These were are only "bad" comments. We stayed there overnight on the way to St. Augustine and back home again. Very clean, smelled clean and fresh, comfortable bed, Wi-Fi was good, staff very nice. ...

“ROOM WAS CLEAN BUT THE BATHROOM FIXTURES ESPECIALLY THE SHOWER HEAD WAS PULLED OUT OF THE WALL. THE TUB FILL WAS ALSO LOOSE COMING AWAY FROM THE WALL. NIGHT TIME DESK CLERK WAS VERY HELPFUL. SHE LET ME USE HER COMPUTER SINCE THE BUSINESS CENTER WAS NOT WORKING.”

“Great location right on the highway! Great breakfast, friendly and happy to help staff. I had a kitten with me and was greatful no one complained about his meowing. Walls are thick so not much sound from the halls. ”

“Pet friendly but the staff is so rude, non common sense at all, they called us at 7:00 AM to tell us that the payment for the pet fee hadn't gone through; they made us go down to the lobby at that hour to swipe the card again. We could did it before the check out like at 10 am but they didn’t realized that. So we couldn’t rest properly to continue with our trip.”
