“The property is fine. It’s the treatment I got on room selection. As I understand it the agreement has with third party reservation companies does not allow the front desk workers the ability to accommodate room Selection. I was told all rooms were taken and was asked to sign a waiver because I was given the room next to the elevator which runs all night.
