Everything was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had so much to choose from. We had an amazing view from our corner room. And the outside onsen was so relaxing and beautiful.

The room was spotless and spacious. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel offered many amenities, including a shuttle to and from the mountain, arranging a ride to the airport, ski lockers and complimentary food upon arrival. Will absolutely book here again for our next holiday!
