“The hotel was inviting. The buffets were pretty good, but the staff could be a bit more attentive/trained. Drinks for meals at the buffet often didn't arrive before the end of the meal. Water took a long time to get as well as coffee of any other drinks. Other than that, the coffee shop staff were always friendly and professional.
