Una bella vacanza, cottage rurale nel cuore del giardino dell'Inghilterra-Kent

Un annesso indipendente indipendente che si trova nel parco dietro la casa della famiglia dei proprietari, è tranquillo e offre privacy, splendide viste sulla campagna e ha l'uso di un piccolo cortile ghiaioso recintato con posti a sedere e barbecue.

Circondato da terreni agricoli e 2 miglia dal più vicino villaggio di Staplehurst o Headcorn. Un sacco di campagna per camminare e un'ottima posizione per andare in bicicletta.

La dependance dispone di Wifi e due TV con sat e DVD gratuiti. La camera a soppalco al piano superiore ha spazio per ospitare fino a 4 persone insieme nella vita open space.

Un sacco di armadi e disegni per riporre i vestiti, TV, controller PS3 e 1, divanetto, toletta con asciugacapelli, libreria (con libri, DVD e CD).

La cucina è completamente attrezzata con stoviglie, posate, frigorifero e piccolo congelatore, forno a microonde, bollitore e tostapane.

Il salone ha tavolo da pranzo e 4 sedie, divano in pelle, sedia a dondolo, tavolini, TV a parete / lettore DVD con sat gratuito. Giochi da tavolo e libri per gli ospiti.

Il bagno è al piano inferiore con doccia, lavandino, wc, armadio lavanderia con lavatrice automatica e stendibiancheria.

L'allegato è in una zona rurale a circa 2 miglia dal villaggio più vicino di Staplehurst e dal villaggio di Headcorn. Un'auto secondo me è essenziale per permetterti di vedere tutta la splendida campagna, visitare le numerose proprietà di fiducia nazionale entro un raggio di 10 miglia e visitare alcuni dei pub e ristoranti delle contee.

Great place for a family seeking a quiet location. We were greeted by our gracious host, who showed us the cottage and gave us recommendations for nearby dining and places of interest - of which there are many. Watching cows and rabbits graze in the pasture was quite relaxing. Highly recommended!

The house is perfect for a getaway in the Weald. It was spotlessly clean. A nice welcome package with milk, cereal and tea made breakfast easy. Everything was in good nick. Recommend their pub The Kings Head in nearby Staplehurst. Also 50 minutes to London from there if you want no more beautiful countryside.

The let was clinically clean and poorly designed ithe a ground floor shower room / loo accessible through the Kitchen area and lounge and with no upstairs ablution arrangement. The motor exit is EXTREMELY dangerous to the unwary and I would not return for this reason alone

Ein Superferiendomizil für bis zu vier Personen. Wir waren mit zwei Kinder, 12 und 14, dort. Es gibt ein tolles Willkommenspaket mit Kaffee, Tee, Milch ..., im Haus ist alles da, was man braucht, wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Ausstattung ist sehr durchdacht, bis hin zum Nähset, Klebeband und Waschmittel. Geschmackvolle Ausstattung, praktisch und wohnlich - und piccobello sauber. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung!

Very comfortable and well equipped detached annex within easy striking distance of nice Kent villages and several National Trust properties. Only negative would be a difficult driveway to exit on to a sharp bend with very limited visibility.

This little break is just what we needed. I am in early stages of pregnancy, so i wasn't up for doing much this week.. It was perfect. We took our nervous Greyhound, Rootsy, who coped amazingly. The setting was perfect for him, as it was very quiet, set back off the road and he was able to spend time in the fenced off garden without us having to worry about him. He wasn't too sure on our friendly neighbours (the cows!) However, i loved them! The village is beautiful, with everything you need a short drive down the road. I cannot recommend this little annexe enough, the host are very kind and understanding. The annexe was modern and spotless, with a shower to die for. We really hope to come back sometime, once little one has arrived. Thank you for the most relaxing 4 days.

California annexe had everything we needed as a base for our stay in Kent. The bedroom and lounge were spacious and the kitchen and bathroom well equipped. The cottage was very comfortable and private, perfect for us to retire to for the evening after a day out. Will definitely consider re-booking.

We arrived to a perfectly presented holiday home. It was exactly as described and there was a lovely welcome hamper. The local area was full of great walks, takeaways and pubs. Katherine was a lovely host - friendly and with great communications - we wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Really sweet little annex at the back of quite a grand cottage. Everything was clean and in good order. The washing machine was really helpful, and the welcome pack was thoughtfully put together and very generous. Very private. Highly recommended for couples, who can manage fairly steep stairs .

Good quiet location, impeccably clean and tidy. The host was friendly, she greeted myself and my husband when we arrived and explained the best way to drive out of the property as it is on a very sharp, blind bend. We had a lovely welcome basket, which was very handy, which consisted of tea, coffee, bread, cereal, milk, butter, biscuits. The heating was on when we arrived. The host had thought of lots of nice little touches like dog bowl, poo bags, water container for dogs, magazines, games, books, dvds, straighteners, hairdryer, lovely soft towels, comfortable bed. the list is endless. Thoroughly enjoyed our two night break. Julie 😀

We spent a very tranquil few days in this well- appointed holiday home. Access instructions were easy to follow and we were given a friendly and informative welcome by the owner. The welcome pack was also greatly appreciated. The living areas- both upstairs and down- were cosy, comfortable, well- decorated and very spacious for the two of us. There was plenty of storage and the owners had provided everything for the visitor's needs. It was a bit chilly for eating outside, in the annex's seating area, but we spent our first evening enjoying a drink, watching the rabbits and jay in the field beyond.

Could not fault Katherine at all, very speedy in her responses to queries and the Annexe was perfect! Directions to the annexe was perfect and so was the location! Had everything we needed and the kids particularly enjoyed the goodies that were waiting for us! Would recommend to anyone and will definitely stay again im sure!
