“Got bed bug bites. Left after one night. They insisted it had never been a problem, and that they checked after we left - saw no bugs. Don’t believe either comment.”

“Had to move rooms because the upstairs tenent was walking and running all night. I couldn't sleep. so they moved me to a smoking room. Plus the AC was loud as a truck. I wish they gave me half my money back. Cause I left at 4 in the morning still with sleep.”

“We had a Kitchen in theory, as we had no microwave and no pots and pans to use for the stove/oven. The fridge didn't keep things very cold. The wifi was spotty and not particularly reliable as we had to use our cellphone as a hotspot. We had to ask for the password and network. Basically, if you want a basic crash and burn place this is fine. The AC was fine, but there were no trash cans in the room. ”

“Stayed one night and our room clearly, has not been cleaned. Front desk staff helpful, but were so grossed out the stay was not pleasant. Checked out very early in the a.m. and skipped breakfast.”

“The energy is low starting from the valet. He looks tired maybe because of the Arizona heat. Staff at front desk we didn’t feel the friendliness. I believed in “Service with a Smile”. Didn’t feel we are welcomed. One question one answer. Breakfast is good but didn’t get the customer service we needed. Tone of voice from the waitress when we are getting our orders sounds like she’s having a bad day. The property is very clean & organized. Service is poor!”
