“It was really really noisy, we had someone outside revving their motorbike. Music was being played alot, could hear neighbours. Anytime someone closed a door the whole room shaked. Also was Makeup all over the bathroom door. ”

“Buona la posizione tra le due fermate della metro che ti permettono di raggiungere il centro di Londra in 15/20 minuti. Struttura pulita e con camera rinnovata. Buona la colazione. Il personale e' stato quasi tutto gentile e disponibile. Non bella la zona in cui sorge l'hotel, abbastanza sporca e con negozi e locali principalmente mediorientali”

“Beautiful room, comfortable bed, big size compared to most accommodations. Responsive customer service, but miscommunication with the information provided by Expedia and the property. No room cleaning and change of bedding. The common area wasn't very clean either, but they always provided coffee, tea, milk and cereal. Silence most of the time, I had a long stay and only one day there was a problem with a smoker. The management solved the issue promptly and safely.”

“The room was dirty, the room smelt my colleague who stayed the night could not sleep at all. We have been issued a refund however both deposit and the money has not been refunded. ”
