“Great hotel and great service. Due to an unforeseen issue, we had to arrive very late at night, and the night receptionist was there waiting for us, making us feel welcomed and comfortable. Just a small note on the security deposit: they charged the same amount twice and at a higher rate, but everything was resolved within two days, so really no problem! If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll definitely be back!”

Shout out to Andrew, Kennedy and Joy who really went above and beyond to be extra helpful and made our first visit to Mammoth unforgettable. 3 of the most helpful people I’ve ever met. We celebrated our 15th anniversary and when we asked for a late checkout, they offered us an extra hour! One small area for improvement, the restaurant was understaffed the first night with only one...

“The location was prime! Lots of restaurants, bars and breweries within walking distance and a short drive to the mountain. We enjoyed our updated room at the Sierra House. It seems some things are still under construction as the building was very new but that didn't bother us a bit. The steam and sauna are slightly outdated but again that doesn't matter to us. We really enjoyed our stay!”
