“Camera rumorosa situata nel retro attaccata all’ autostrada ,Wi-Fi assolutamente mal funzionante in camera, polvere, camere vecchie da modernizzare, personale alla reception senza un’ombra di cordialità e di customer service. Mi chiedo come questa struttura possa avere ricevuto recensioni così alte. Pagato per 2 notti, andata via dopo la prima. ”

“We called for the airport shuttle. Was informed it would be an hour to 1 1/2 hour wait. We ended up with Uber”

“We arrived by Amtrak train which was running 5 1/2 hours late so we did not get to check in until almost 11 PM. The staff was very helpful and the room was very nice. We stayed one night before we left for Key West and then stayed one more night on our way home. We would stay here again.”

“Great hotel just don’t get the room overlooking pool noisy and they must leave the music on at night somewhere down stairs we could hear it all night. Plus freeway noisy that side of hotel. Other wise great staff, held the baggage until room ready, food nearby walking distance. Check out a breeze. Free Shuttle from airport and a paid shuttle to cruise ship. Worked great!”

“Breakfast was fair, not great. We didn't park. The shuttle from the airport took TWO HOURS and the driver and dispatchers were rude. There was a mixup with the shuttle to the cruise ship, and again the desk clerk as rude and not helpful. I will not stay here again, amd Hampton/Hilton is usually my choice. The evening clerk (Madison) was very nice and helpful. She helped us choose a dinner location and was very pleasant. ”

“Front desk check in was super easy, the staff were able to check me into my room much earlier than 3pm which was very helpful. Check out was also very easy. My only suggestion would be for the airport shuttle to have a set schedule instead of on demand so that you can plan for a ride rather than hoping the shuttle will be there when you ask for it. We ended up taking an uber to the airport. Overall really great stay, loved the pool!”

“I was tired and very hungry after all day flight. I ate at the cafe in the lobby. Unfortunately, the food was served cold and it was unappealing. I wished that I had eaten a snack at the airport.”

“2 male desk clerks were not friendly nor helpful. They were borderline negligent. They were distracted and unwelcoming. The female night clerk was very kind and very helpful. The room was shabby and the light didn’t work. Not enough luggage carts. Shame on this Hilton establishment. Will not visit again. ”

“We booked a handicapped accessible room because that is what was left for a family of 7. Although I knew that the bathroom would be handicapped accessible, I didn’t think that most of the bathroom floor would be flooded after each shower. My daughter fell on the floor and bruised her knees. After I told the staff and advised that it was a liability issue, they shrugged their shoulders and said that it happens with accesible showers. I think that the accessible showers could have been designed...

“Nice hotel for few nights. Room was clean but quite smelly. Hotel in general is in decent conditions.”

“Looked like a nice place on line. Once checked into the room it was a different story. Observed mold coming through ceiling in bathroom, horrible water pressure, ridiculous placement of sink in bathroom, and roaches all over the place. I would not stay here again if it was free. ”
