“The thing that sold me during my stay was the customer service. It was the best I’ve ever received. The owner/manager was not at all help full at all, he made the experience at first horrible by canceling my family reservation and then making them wait to put him in a room till 2am. That was unacceptable, but his front desk staff, maintenance and other staff members made up for it 100%.”
“Nobody answered to my email requesting airport pickup and late check out, so i had to take a taxi.
The latest check out that could have been accorded was half an hour and they didn't have a baggage storage: i had to pay for a full night, just to stay 3 hours more.
Room ok and clean, though.”
