“Pros: Overall good place to stay. To us it felt central to Miami, or atleast for what we were there for. There was direct access to highways and expressways. Food just down the street and we always had a place to park our rental car. The laundry in the building was convenient and easy to pay for. Building felt secure and the other residents always greeted us with a smile and a cheerful hello. Cons: We had an issue with the kitchen drain and the shower drain. The garbage disposal didn’t work....

“Well for starters no one was there to let me in when I arrived waited 30 min and then a neighbor told me it wasn’t the first time that happened.. I was very upset no answer when calling .. I tried a few times .. no response to email.. I say go somewhere else cheap or not they rob you refunds aren’t an option.”

“DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! VERY NASTY PLACE. Feels more like a homeless shelter. Empty pool, pee in corridors, filthy, nasty furniture; had young female to share a room with a big, grown man. Potentially very dangerous situation. The place was an absolute dump, could not stay here, not even one night--booked for 5 nights and didn't get a refund, not even for one night.”

“I had no idea this was an extended stay! Day one, the elevator was wobbling between floors and took a day or two to fix, not accessible to persons with disabilities. The windows only opened a pinch, the room was stuffy and the air conditioning was not working so we had to sweat it out until someone could possibly come fix it. The next day the toilet water stopped and did not flush. So we switched rooms, luckily the room next door was available. A couple times we had to go ask for towels because...

“The property comes with free parking which was key for me. Parking out here can be very expensive if you are staying for a longer period of time. The property is an older one but for the price you can get a lot of room and it came with cooking utensils. Communication was fine with the owners. The locations a great as it is in a beautifully developed area and near the beach. The beach was only 10 minutes away in fact. I chose this property because I didn't feel the need to over spend at a hotel...
