“Very enjoyable spacious studio with all the comfort and quiet needed to visit family and friends in the area. Comfortable bed; at one point I turned to my partner and said, "let's move in!!" Sufficient kitchen stocked with snacks, easily accessed wifi, and subtle lighting that makes for easy reading and afternoon drinks. Would definitely return on our next trip.”

“The house was very lovely and perfect for what I was looking for. The host was phenomenal, with regular contact and making sure everything was fine. When I had questions, the host responded promptly. It was clear that the host was eager to help the guests feel comfortable. Please note, I stayed during July 4th, so the host went above and beyond even during the holidays! My German shepherd loved the backyard.”

“We traveled here from Shelby NC, the place was super clean, all the necessities were stocked and neat, everything was in place, so you didn’t have to guess where anything was. We had no WiFi problems and the place was spacious and looked EXACTLY like the pictures! 10/10 would 100% stay here again on my next trip to Wilmington. “Overall the space was great. Very clean, open, and spacious. The outdoor seating area made a grat place to relax in the morning with breakfast. The kitchen had coplete cookware and utensils including ones specifically for the kids. Having a dishwasher and washer and dryer were great. Every detail seemed thought through. Very impressed with this space and Wilmington Vacation Homes!”

“The host was accomdating. The condo could be better. I feel like if I owned it I would keep it up better. Rusted heat vent in the bathroom, dirty fans, handle broken on microwave, door very hard to open and shut. The worst thing was not knowing that there is no beach even at low tide. That would be good to show in pics or at least explain so people who don't normally stay that far down the island can make and informed decision.”
