Un appartamento giardino spazioso ed elegante con un ampio giardino, situato in posizione ideale per il centro di Torquay .. 8 gradini per l'ingresso.

All'interno, l'appartamento è incredibilmente spazioso e ha un sacco di spazio per una coppia per rilassarsi e allungare le gambe. Il soggiorno a pianta aperta, la cucina e la sala da pranzo hanno un divano ad angolo in pelle per le serate rilassanti, ed è rifinito con un camino elettrico effetto log per tenerti accogliente durante i mesi invernali. C'è anche un'accogliente camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale e un ampio bagno con lavandini per lui e per lei.

Nella parte anteriore dell'appartamento troverai un giardino privato recintato con panchine, palme Torbay e tanto spazio sul prato nel caso tu voglia portare con te il tuo amico a quattro zampe. Questo è l'ideale per quei giorni più caldi in cui si desidera semplicemente rilassarsi al sole.

The apartment was excellent with all the mod cons including a washing machine if you really needed it! The hosts, David and Karen, were very welcoming and informative on local services and the complimentary tea, coffee and milk on arrival was a nice touch. The no 12 bus stop was 10 yards from the door so the car never moved all week, it is worth getting a weekly ticket for £18. There are sun loungers in addition to the patio set and the garden was a lovely sun trap. The only thing I would mention, and apologies if it is in the advert somewhere, the entrance to the apartment is down a few steps, this wasn't an issue for us though. Thoroughly enjoyed our first staycation in seven years and we would definitely return. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

What a great apartment.

What a great apartment. The garden was great for our dog to roam freely without the worry of him getting out. On site secure parking was another great plus. We were shown to the apartment by both David & Janet who told us about local things to do during our stay, they also said to ask if there was anything else we needed during our stay, we didn’t need to ask for anything, everything had been thought of.

Fab garden apartment

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment as it had the garden and ideal location for exploring Torquay. Plus it had a parking space! Torquay is quite hilly so be aware of this but it’s easy to get around. There was a little confusion when we checked in but they were very nice and made us feel welcome.
