A very warm welcome to our beautiful cottage, a much loved property in the town of Torquay and just a couple of mins walk to town centre and a few more mins to harbour and coastline. This grade 2 listed property is situated in a quiet one-way street facing a lovely community park, so a great place for families.  
Boasting 3 bedrooms, plenty of space for socialising plus flexible accommodation, this cottage makes the perfect holiday home for a group or special family gathering. Everything about this property has been well thought through to create a relaxed and luxurious feeling with its open-plan layout. As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave and guests can use the laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.


This cottage has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleeps 5, (plus a couple of fold out beds for extra guests).  In the first bedroom, you will find a king size bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a double bed.
The third bedroom contains a single bed and there’s one bathroom with loo, sink and shower/bath.  Linen and towels are all included, plus kitchen essentials to make your stay more enjoyable.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking spaces outside on limited stay and free parking can be found in the area. Pets considered on request.
