I was very disappointed with the overall cleanliness and condition of this hotel. The front of the property was extremely dirty, with rubbish scattered around, giving a very poor first impression upon arrival.
The outdoor swimming pool was out of service and filled with green, dirty water, which was both unappealing and concerning. The garden area was also poorly maintained, with broken furniture left lying around, adding to the neglected atmosphere.
Inside the hotel, the heating was turned off despite the temperature being only 12°C. When we asked reception about this, we were told it was due to it being “summer,” which felt unreasonable given how cold it actually was.
Our room itself had several issues. The curtains were partially falling off their fittings, and the bathroom had a constant sewage smell, making it very unpleasant to use.
Additionally, many of the pictures shown on the website do not reflect the current state of the property. The hotel appears quite misleading in its presentation online compared to the reality.
Overall, this stay did not meet expectations, and significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, maintenance, and honesty in advertising.
