Abbiamo chiesto a due persone diverse, a distanza di due ore, di darci le lenzuola e un cuscino o di venire a preparare il letto. Nessuno è venuto e non ci hanno dato neanche il materiale. “The bathroom door did not close, the electric blanket was burnt out at the switch, the heating on 30 only took the chill off the room. The freezer completely frozen. One light in the bathroom was not working and the other making a shorting out sound. When I went to talk about this the office was closed at 10.00am on a Monday. Very disappointed. We have stayed here before and it was fantastic. Obviously new owners.”
