“Struttura nuova, pulita, con tutti i comfort necessari. Le stanze sono grandi ed hanno una mini cucina, con frigorifero e microwave. Lo staff è gentile, cordiale e pronto ad aiutare in ogni modo il cliente.”

“Overall great several small details ie - info sheet detailing WiFi codes. Location of ice machines. Hours of breakfast or buffet. How the gate system works. Needs a Better tv package. Poor channel choices ”

“Very noisy hotel. Lots of activity up and down the corridors most of the night. Elevator on the floor would wake me up each time it came to the floor with noise. Just not pleasant nor restful.”

“I'm not faulting the hotel since it's due to location, but just know the surrounding residents are not in their best phase of life. The staff is really kind. Check-in was easy. Location is convenient for whichever part of LA County you need to hit. There are many arterial streets in this area of town. The room is equipped with essentials and remodeled well. The only gripe I had is with the mild odor. It's tolerable, but you can tell the "old" smells of the building are trying to fight...

“My stay was ok. When I got to my room my TV didn't work but the front desk attendant was able to fix it. The mini bar lights up which is annoying when trying to sleep. I couldn't figure how to turn it off and ended up putting a blanket over it. It also made a noise that was distruptive to my sleep. It was a fine hotel but there are better in the area.”

“Upon check-in the night auditor did not even mention any security deposit amount authorized and also that I was getting charge for the late check-in fee. I did not like how the night auditor was chatty also. I don’t need to hear your personal stories. Check the guest in and do your job. ”
