“We got upgraded to a suite and it was beautiful. We stayed the night for the Marilyn Manson concert and enjoyed the pool, clubs and gambling. The staff spoiled us with snacks and turn down service. Only complaint would be the food. We weren’t aware that you need reservations for the buffet so we had to eat at the food court which was horrible. We ordered room service for breakfast and it was absolutely awful. The whole place and staff were excellent.”

“No hair dryer, old food in the fridge. Place seemed clean but those were issues for us. Additionally, there was one guy on staff and he was not helpful. Had to drive an hour for a blow dryer”

“I usually don't have any issues when I stay but this time I went to check in was told there was no rooms available but ended up finding one that wasn't clean. I was told to come back when it was ready. Once I get into the room the power on one side of the room went out TV and remote did not work.
