There is a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, dish washer, washing machine and fridge freezer. The bathroom has a bath with shower. There is underground secure parking accessed via a lift.

There are 2 bars, a hair and beauty salon and a very well stocked supermarket and shop.

The resort is very safe and secure with security staff on site at all times.

20 minutes to the best beaches of the Costa Calida, 20 minutes to Cartagena city centre and 25 minutes to Murcia city centre. Murcia Corvera Airport is just a 15 minute drive and Alicante Airport 50 minutes.
