It is centrally located in the prestigious 5 star Mar Menor Intercontinental Hotel & Golf Resort.



It is beautifully designed and furnished to a high standard, light, airy and is very comfortable. There is air conditioning throughout, together with ceiling fans in all rooms, and centrally heated for the cooler months.



The villa has a fully equipped kitchen/dining room including dishwasher, and a separate utility room having washer/dryer & ample storage.



The spacious lounge is comfortably furnished and has satellite TV, DVD and CD players. Patio doors lead onto the large private terrace & garden offering alfresco dining.
