City Hotel

8/10 Buono
"Average dimensions room. Good position near to the city center in front of the beach, it could be difficult to park the car if you arrive after 6 PM for people arriving in the city for their dinner and events. The friendliness of the reception staff and of the hotel staff is to be improved. The bar in the room is expensive considering the room price. A welcome bottle of water for guests and the boiler in the room with a selection of instant coffee and tea would make a difference considering that such service is often present even in two and three stars hotels in Italy. The breakfast completely lacks local products and some basic ingredients are unavailable like fresh eggs for fried egg (sunny-side up). It’s a missed opportunity to promote a territory of the city and its suburbs for international guests. The level of the breakfast should be improved with local honey, local sausages and ham and the local mineral water. The selection of pillows needs to be improved as well for four stars hotel. 3 hours bikes rent included in the hotel service which is good for visiting the city center and to park for free. The hotel restaurant is often the theater of the events so be ready to listen to the music in the night. The nearby railway line is not perceived with a good room isolation. There are no radiators for winter heating in the room, only climate control if you plan to stay during the winter. There is a very useful towel radiator in the toilet, however, it was off in October."
