“Room provided was not deluxe at all. I booked deluxe room though”

“This isn’t a 4 star hotel. The room was clean overall but the bathroom condition was awful. It was dirty and has definitely not been clean properly after each guest use. The room had so many mosquitoes. When I had for mosquito spray or all out(mosquito repellent they said they had ran out. If you’re a 4 star hotel surely you should have one in every room. The staff was nice. ”

“Never book this hotel online. I repeat never book this hotel online. They don't honor booking and won't let you check in even after you show them the confirmation of reservation.”

“The hotel took over an hour to find my reservation- making me wait in the lobby at midnight. I showed all confirmation emails from the hotel itself ,but they still wouldn't let me check-in until they see on their end as well. They had an outdated check-in system and the customer service line was a mess. Beyond that, the rooms were dusty and had proof of bugs nesting in some areas. The staff are not professional at all as they seemed to be local teenagers who were hired cheaply to handle duties...
