The hair dryer stopped working, the television didn’t work, the bed wasn’t very comfortable and had a bit of a plumbing issue. The staff were great and rectified the plumbing issue quickly. My only complaint is the loudness of the staff, especially in the afternoon when guests are resting. Considering the hotel’s small size, they should be more mindful of their noise level and communicate quietly. ”
