The beach and promenade are about a 10–15-minute walk away, providing easy access to beach bars, long coastal walks, and open ocean views. Cultural spots like Casa de los Navajas and small galleries add character nearby, while green spaces like Parque La Batería are a short ride or longer walk away.
The train station is also close by, connecting you quickly to Málaga city, the airport, and the wider coast. It’s a practical, well-connected area where daily life, leisure, and transportation naturally blend together without the need for a car.

Maximum Occupancy: No more than 4 guests are allowed in the rental at any time.

No Parties: Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.

No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted on the property, including both indoor and outdoor areas.

No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the rental. Please make alternative arrangements for your pets.

Policy:
• In case of lost keys, a fee of 50€ will be charged
to cover replacement

• Any damaged or permanently stained item
will be charged 25€ per unit to cover replacement

• To ensure a sustainable and efficient turnover, we kindly ask guests to use only the beds corresponding to the number of guests booked. If all beds are used unnecessarily, a supplementary linen and cleaning fee of 25€ per bed will be charged.
To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please follow these house rules:

1. No parties or events. Groups larger than those listed on the reservation are not allowed.

2. No smoking inside the apartment. Feel free to smoke on the terrace using the provided ashtrays.

3. No unregistered guests or pets. Only people listed on the reservation are permitted.

4. Quiet hours: 11 PM–8 AM. Please be considerate of your neighbors.

5. Do not rearrange the furniture. You may rearrange the patio furniture.

6. Report any damage or issues immediately. Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear.

7. Lock doors and windows when leaving, and turn off lights and the AC to conserve energy.
