“The coffee cottage was a very relaxing place to spend our anniversary. The room was large and very comfortable. We really appreciated the flowers and other amenities they added to help us celebrate. The jetted tub was clean and worked very well. Our only complaint was that we had an hard time turning it off. The garden was amazing with so many birds, flowers, and places to sit. Recommend. ”

“Traffic noise is absolutely horrible and the pool lights are shining directly into the room. We asked if there was a different room but was told, "no"; so much for paying for a suite. Plus a trash bag of garbage had been sitting out for 24 hours from an adjoining room and housekeeping did nothing. Not was I am used to with a Marriott Hotel, this was totally below standards.”

“This place has the look and feel of a motel. Basic room with a small kitchen sink and refrigerator (not mini-fridge, so plenty of space). The lobby is unattended (you have to pick up the phone to have someone come to the lobby counter). The room was clean but it smelled of bleach or some sort of cleaning product. The bedsheets were charcoal colored, which I have never seen at a hotel before. The place looked and felt safe and there is plenty of on-site parking.”

“Our room had mold in the shower and a significant amount. The sink and tub were cracked so most likely there is moister sitting in there and can be worse than the outside surface. The fan in the bathroom was very loud like it needed to be changed. I ended up cleaning the mold with disinfectant wipes and not using the fan but didn’t like when stepping into the shower it felt like it was going to collapse and no I am not heavy, it was uneven. The beds were nice and soft with good linens. Pillows...

“Basic hotel. Clean, nice rooms. Ample parking. On the main drag, easy in and out.”

“Our room was clean and appeared to be updated. Everything was well cared for, the front and breakfast staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast was fresh, with a variety of foods. Parking was easy. I would highly recommend The Holiday Inn Express. It’s excellent! ”
