“I didn’t receive make-up service for the room after the night. I hadn’t put any sign on the door but noted that most of the time the make-up service at that floor was running at late afternoon and this is not acceptable.

“Looked better in the photos than it actually was. Staff was great and helpful, no issues there. The main complaint was usability of the room itself: Fridge had no freezer, lamp was broken, desk/lamp was very odd (a raisable desk), mirror in bathroom was strange as well. It's like they spent the money in the wrong areas, trying to be high-tech/gadgety for some reason. Remote for smart TV was not supplied, so we had to go to front desk to get it in order to watch Prime/Netflix. No microwave...

“Pictures for this hotel were not at all what we experienced when we got there. The property was not very clean, we did not get the room and experience we thought we were going to have. The property seemed rundown. We expected the more resort like experience, with staff on hand, but that was not the case. We had a suite for a family, and we had to ask for everything from towels to toilet paper. The location was not bad. Close to the places we want to go.”

“First off, the check in took way longer than it should have. We arrived around 3:55 and had to wait until 4:20 to actually get our keys. We weren’t even offered anything complimentary for this ridiculous wait which made us late for the baseball game that evening. To top it off, the next day we had to check out and then the elevators stop working. We had to climb down 10 flights of stairs with all of our luggage. “Do not be misled by the reviews that left 10 stars. Like i was. When we walked in it felt very sketch. Although the bedding had been washed there are stains on the sheets and blankets. There are scuff marks and black hand prints on the walls. It wouldn’t take much to make this hotel feel cleaner. Simply painting walls and getting new bedding. The hotel staff was friendly and there was good water pressure and the location was good but other then that it was not great.”
