Villa Kiara si trova ad Albisano, una ridente località affacciata sul Lago di Garda a soli 5 minuti in auto dalle spiagge e dai centri storici di Garda e Torri del Benaco. La particolare posizione defilata dalle solite rotte turistiche, ma allo stesso tempo comoda alle principali vie di comunicazione per il Lago di Garda ed il Monte Baldo rende questa località, oltre che una splendida terrazza affacciata sul Lago di Garda, anche il luogo ideale per splendide escursioni, in bicicletta, a cavallo o semplicemente a piedi, ovunque volgerà il vostro sguardo, il blu del lago sarà lì a farvi da sfondo. Villa Kiara si compone da tre unità abitative una stabilmente abitata dal proprietario ed altre due destinate alla locazione turistica. Ogni unità è completamente indipendente, dispone di un giardino privato e si compone di un comodo soggiorno con zona cottura attrezzata, da un ampio terrazzo coperto in vista lago, da due camere da letto oltre che ad un bagno finestrato. Un parcheggio scoperto ed una zona solarium comune in vista lago, attrezzata con lettini prendisole e vasca idromassaggio sono anche disponibili per gli ospiti.
Albisano, piccola frazione di Torri del Benaco, quest'ultimo raggiungibile anche con un comodo bus navetta è l'ideale per chi è alla ricerca di trascorrere alcuni giorni lontano della frenesia cittadina o dalla solita routine quotidiana; molti sono i centri comodamente raggiungibili ricchi di storia e bellezza naturalistica, come Torri del Benaco con il suo castello Scaligero oppure Garda, Bardolino, Lazise con le loro spiagge assolate ed i parchi acquatici e divertimenti di Caneva Word e Gardaland, o il Nord con i borghi medioevali nel comune di Brenzone e San Zeno di Montagna, oppure Malcesine con la splendida seggiovia panoramica che Vi condurrà comodamente sulla cima del Monte Baldo il "Giardino d'Europa". Molte sono le attività site nelle immediate vicinanze di Villa Kiara; il centro di equitazione, il campo da golf di Marciaga ecc. Il Lago di Garda può essere inoltre velocemente attraversato da Torri del Benaco a Toscolano Maderno in circa 40 minuti con un comodo traghetto. I centri della riviera orientale sono anch'essi ricchi di storia e di peculiarità naturalistiche; senza contare le città d'arte di Verona e Mantova comodamente raggiungibili in meno di un'ora di viaggio.

Die besondere Lage, etwas abseits von den üblichen Touristenstrecken, doch gleichzeitig in der Nähe der hauptsächlichen Verbindungen zum Gardasee und zum Monte Baldo macht diesen Ort nicht nur zu einer herrlichen „Terrasse“ über dem Gardasee, sondern auch zum idealen Ausgangspunkt für schöne Touren (mit dem Fahrrad, hoch zu Pferd oder einfach zum Wandern/Trekking) bei denen Sie stets im Hintergrund der See als herrliche Kulisse begleitet. Villa Kiara besteht aus drei Wohneinheiten, eine davon ist ständig vom Eigentümer bewohnt, die anderen beiden stehen als Ferienwohnungen zur Verfügung. Jede Wohneinheit ist vollkommen unabhängig, hat einen Privatgarten und besteht aus einem komfortablen Wohnraum mit voll ausgestatteter Kochecke, einer überdachten großen Terrasse mit Seeblick, zwei Schlafzimmern, einem Bad mit Fenster. Ebenfalls zur Verfügung der Gäste: ein (nicht überdachter) Parkplatz und ein Solarium Areal mit Sonnenliegen und Hydromassage zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung.
Albisano, ein kleiner Ortsteil von Torri del Benaco, (das Städtchen ist auch mit einem praktischen Shuttle-Bus-Service zu erreichen), ist ideal für alle, die ein paar Tage fernab vom frenetischen Stadtleben oder der üblichen täglichen Routine verbringen möchten; von hier aus sind bequem viele Zentren mit reichhaltiger Geschichte und herrlichem natürlichem Umfeld zu erreichen wie Torri del Benaco mit seiner Skaliger-Festung, oder Garda, Bardolino, Lazise mit ihren sonnigen Stränden, Wasser- und Freizeitparks wie Caneva Word und Gardaland, oder die mittelalterlichen Weiler im Norden, in den Gemeinden von Brenzone und San Zeno di Montagna, ebenso wie Malcesine mit der prächtigen Panorama-Seilbahn, die Sie zum Berggipfel des Monte Baldo , dem "Garten von Europa“ bringt. Es gibt zahlreiche Aktivitäten in unmittelbarer Nähe von Villa Kiara; das Reitzentrum, der Golfplatz von Marciaga usw.. Von Torri del Benaco bringt Sie in ca. 40 Minuten eine Fähre nach Toscolano Maderno. Auch die Zentren der Ostküste des Sees bieten eine reiche Geschichte und interessante Naturschönheiten; last but not least laden die Kunststädte Verona und Mantua zu einem Besuch ein. Sie sind in knapp einer Stunde Fahrt zu erreichen.

Each unit is completely independent, with a private garden, and comprises a comfortably sized living area with a furnished kitchen, an ample roofed patio with lake views, two bedrooms and a windowed bathroom. Guests can also use the private car-parking spaces and the sundeck overlooking the lake complete with sunbeds and jacuzzi.

From here, you can explore the natural and architectural beauties of Torri del Benaco, with its medieval castle, as well as the sun-kissed beaches at Garda and Bardolino, the water Park Caneva World and the famous Gardaland amusement park to the south; heading north you can admire the well-preserved medieval villages in the municipalities of Brenzone and San Zeno di Montagna, or visit Malcesine with its stunning 360°-view cableway which carries visitors up to the peaks of Monte Baldo, famed as the “Garden of Europe”. There are also many attractions in the immediate vicinity of Villa Kiara, including a horse-riding centre and the golf course at Marciaga.
