"Villa del Mas Pinell"

Magnificent modern and recent villa of 120 m2 250 meters from the sea.
The house is located in a small, unfrequented and very quiet street in the village of Mas Pinell (municipality of Torroella de Montgrí).
The location of the villa, ideal for people looking for tranquility and rest, will allow you to spend an exceptional holiday.
Located a 5-minute walk from the beach of La Fonollera and in the heart of a protected natural area suitable for walking and cycling, you will have the opportunity to enjoy an ideal setting. Many hiking trails crisscross the region and many water activities are offered nearby (windsurfing, surfing, etc.).

The villa consists of the following elements:
- a fully equipped kitchen open to a large living/dining room,
- a terrace on which you will find a table with chairs, deckchairs and garden furniture,
two bathrooms/toilets (one in the hallway and one in the master suite),
- a first bedroom with 2 single beds and a storage wardrobe,
- a second bedroom with 2 single beds and a dresser,
- a master suite with a king-size double bed and access to a private bathroom.
- A baby cot is also available.

Built on a fenced and secure plot of 650 m2, 3 cars can easily be parked within the grounds of the house.

The villa is equipped with all amenities: Wi-Fi, hot/cold air conditioning...

You will have at your disposal in the kitchen a washing machine, a dishwasher, a food processor, a Nespresso and Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a coffee maker, an oven, a microwave oven, a toaster, a citrus press and all the necessary utensils.

In the living room, you will find a TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts.

Board games are also available such as the unmissable Uno, Power 4 ...

Outside, 4 deckchairs, garden furniture, a parasol and a barbecue will allow you to spend pleasant moments of relaxation.

The private swimming pool is professionally maintained once a week in the summer.

You will be able to enjoy the wide open spaces of the natural park that surrounds the villa thanks to 5 bicycles (2 for children and 3 for adults) that we put at your disposal.
A table tennis table, a badminton set and beach rackets are also available.

For families with babies, you will find a cot and a high chair.

By having all this equipment, we hope to allow you to travel light!

In high season, in addition to the water activities on offer, you will find a beach bar and a restaurant on the Platja de la Fonollera. The nearby beaches of Gola del Ter and Pals are within walking distance.
Many beaches and coves are within easy reach, including the Platja d'Aiguablava near Begur, the Platja de Montgó in l'Escala or the Cala Pola in Tossa de Mar.

The famous "Empordà Golf" is not even 6 km away.

In the heart of the very touristic region of the Costa Brava, you will enjoy a perfect geographical location.
- The municipality of Toroella de Montgri is 8 minutes away by car,
- L'Estartit is about 15 minutes away. Located opposite the Medes Islands and equipped with a magnificent beach and a marina, you will find many activities on offer such as scuba diving or boat rental with or without a license. You can also enjoy its entertainment in the evening during the summer period.
- The town of Pals is 12 minutes away. You will have the opportunity to visit its historic centre and enjoy many restaurants.
- Playa d'Aro is 30 minutes away. Here you will find many shops for shopping and a lively town centre. On your way is the water park "Aquadiver".
- Barcelona is 1 hour 40 minutes away.

The nearest supermarket, Raul Girona, is 6 minutes away. Featuring a bakery, you can easily do your shopping.

Many restaurants are available in the surrounding area such as the famous "Mooma", "Can Juan" or "Triton".
