  • Questa villa si trova sulla cima di una montagna, da cui è possibile individuare la zona circostante di Montealegre e una vista mozzafiato sul Mar Mediterraneo e la Sierra de Tejeda y Almijara. La villa si trova in una proprietà recintata di 3000 mq, caratterizzata da affascinanti spazi esterni che fungono da splendidi punti panoramici.

    L'area interna della villa si distingue per i suoi spazi aperti, dove i mobili moderni, i dettagli rustici e lo stile moresco si mescolano per ricreare una versione più piccola dell'Alhambra, soprattutto nella spaziosa zona giorno. Qui, troverete un divano letto per due persone e comode poltrone, oltre a un tavolo da pranzo, il tutto avvolto in un'atmosfera calda e accogliente. Tuttavia, il vestito forte di questa camera è l'accesso diretto alla splendida terrazza, la cui forma ovale consente di godere di una vista panoramica sul mare e sulle colline di Torrox. Fai colazione qui, o rilassati mentre leggi il tuo libro preferito, mentre lascia che la brezza del mare. Di nuovo all'interno, la zona giorno è completata da una cucina aperta completamente attrezzata.

    La villa dispone di 3 camere da letto, decorate con dettagli affascinanti e cura dei proprietari. La camera da letto principale è arredata con un letto di 1,50 metri di larghezza ed è dotata di un bagno privato con vasca. Nelle altre 2 camere da letto, troverete 2 letti singoli ciascuna, e condividono un bagno con doccia. Le 3 camere da letto sono riscaldate da radiatori elettrici.

    L'imponente area esterna accoglie giardini, terrazze coperte e porticati. Godetevi il panorama mentre nuotate nella splendida piscina privata o prendete il sole sui lettini. Nel mezzo del giardino, troverete un gazebo con una zona relax, proprio di fronte a un enorme portico dove ci sono un barbecue e una zona pranzo all'aperto. Il tocco finale è dato dai vigneti e dagli alberi da frutto che circondano l'intera villa.

The facilities in this villa were amazingly and everything was impeccably clean. Carlos the host truly made us feel welcomed and ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The views are amazing too.

We have just arrived back from this beautiful villa. Carlos was super helpful and nothing was too much of a problem. The villa and grounds were spotless and so well equipped. The most perfect place to chill we couldn't of asked for better.

Unsere Woche in dieser Villa war fantastisch! Der Aussenbereich ist wahnsinnig großzügig, überall gibt es Möglichkeiten zum Sitzen und Staunen! Der Innenbereich ist liebevoll eingerichtet, die Küche wirklich super ausgestattet. Carlos ist ein herzlicher Gastgeber und für alle Fragen erreichbar.besonders toll!

Amazing villa - prepare to fall in love

The views are amazing from this lovely villa and we fell in love with view and nature. We loved both the inside and outside areas. It is clean and the host very helpful. The pool area is very private. Overall we are very happy with our stay. Thank you Carlos.

Die Villa ist sehr gemütlich mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Ausblick vom Berg über das Meer ist phänomenal. Carlos ist der beste Gastgeber, den man sich wünschen kann und direkt zur Stelle wenn man ihn braucht . Er hat uns viele Tips gegeben und bei Buchungen geholfen . Er hat viel dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns hier ausserordentlich wohl gefühlt haben . Es war phantastisch hier .

Fantastic holiday villa

We have had a great stay. The villa was spotlessly clean.The views are phenomenal and you can either be in sunshine all day or shade. Everything works as it should. The villa has everything you need, very well equipped with excellent attention to detail and Carlos is a fantastic host very helpful and totally unobtrusive. We will definitely return and totally recommend this beautiful villa.

Fantastic!

The villa is perched on top of a hill at the edge of a valley with amazing views down to the Torrox coast and the Mediterranean sea. It isn't overlooked and has areas for sitting and dining throughout the day (there's always a shaded spot if you want one). Carlos, the owner, was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay (answering questions via text when necessary, and arranging some activities for us when we asked). Great villa in a great location. Highly recommended :)

The property offers one of the most breathtaking views you can imagine. You can tell the house was put together with much love. It is clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches such as access to Netflix and Disney for relaxing evenings. Outside, there are plenty of sitting areas where you can relax and enjoy your time.The access road takes less than 15 minutes from town, and while it’s not suitable for sport cars like Ferrari, any regular car will handle it just fine (we had a 2026 Cupra Leon - no problem). You’ll feel completely comfortable with it after just a couple of trips.Carlos is exceptionally helpful and easily one of the warmest and most welcoming hosts you could hope to meet in Spain. The weather is slightly cooler than down on the coast, which becomes a real advantage during the hot summer months.

Breathtaking Views

We had the most amazing holiday at this beautiful property. The secluded villa was equipped with everything you could need including a brilliant BBQ area and swimming pool which we made good use of! The views were absolutely breathtaking from the property and the outside space was phenomenal, so many different areas to relax that were both in the sun and shaded too along with grape vines and fruit trees a plenty! We would totally recommend this gem of a property to anyone looking for a villa that is off the beaten track but only a short drive away from the beach, shops etc. We will definitely be returning!

Perfektes Haus und sehr nette Gastgeber

Wir (2+2) waren über Weihnachten und Neujahr dort und das Haus ist super für bis zu 6 Personen - die Lage genial. Für die kühlen Morgenstunden kann man den Kamin oder die Klimaanlage benutzen. Der Vermieter Carlos ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend - es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Liebe Grüße aus Berlin Thomas und Family

Der Erstkontakt war sehr nett, Carlos ist ein herzensguter Mensch und hat uns bei der Ankunft in Torrox zum Haus begleitet.Das Haus ist sehr schön, sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen. Die Aussicht von der Spitze des Berges ist grandios! Der Kontakt mit Carlos, während des Aufenthalts, war immer sehr herzlich.Er stellte uns viele Informationen für die Umgebung zur Verfügung.Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Torrox sehr genossen.Einzig eine Toilette im Poolbereich wäre noch wunderbar.Liebe Grüße an Carlos von David, Claudia, Mandy & Tobi.

A lovely place to relax

The house is beautifully situated and offers a wonderful view of the surroundings. The house is well equipped with everything you might need, there are plenty of seating area's around the house, so you can follow the sun or shade around the house during the day. Carlos the host is an energetic and enthusiastic person who really takes pride in being a good host. The contact beforehand and upon arrival went well. He took the time to show the house and has a lot of information about the area that he shared with us via whatsapp.

Beautiful house on a high level!

We hebben een bijzonder mooie vakantie gehad. Het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien en heel gezellig ingericht met een Moors tintje. De locatie is werkelijk adembenemend en het uitzicht verbluffend. De weg ernaar toe heeft wat procenten, maar absoluut geen probleem en op zich al een ervaring Het is zeker de moeite waard om naar boven te rijden en dan op zo n mooie rustige privé locatie aan te komen. Voor ons één van de beste vakanties tot nu toe. We willen eigenlijk nooit naar eenzelfde plek terug, maar voor deze gaan we zeker een uitzondering maken. Ook is er in de wijde omgeving heel veel te zien en te beleven. En bij dit alles een pluim voor onze gastheer, señor Carlos! Alles tot in de puntjes geregeld, stipt, een spontane ontvangst en het allermooiste is, dat het nog veel mooier is dan de plaatjes op internet! Met vriendelijke groeten, Peter Frans & Stella

Best of 6

2023 was the 6th year we have rented a Villa for 4 weeks on this coast near Malaga. They've all been good but this was the best. A family run business makes all the difference. Carlos is all you could hope for. An unobtrusive visit 3 times a week. Always available. Everything worked (even the bulbs!) Fantastic panoramic hill top views. Lovely garden, Pool and terrace. 6 choices of where to eat and drink (always 1 in the sun). Well equipped Kitchen. Lovely main Bedroom. Adequate 2nd bedroom. Small 3rd bedroom. The track up to it is slow and bumpy, but well worth it! We are 2 OAPs. Our 6 friends visited us in pairs. All loved it.

We had an amazing two weeks. Carlos welcomed us and was so friendly and knowledgeable. He was delightful and quickly answered all my questions on what’s app The villa was v well equipped with coffee machines, juicer, panini maker etc everything you need.the air con was efficient We bbq a lot in the evening as the views were breathtaking with the sunrise and sunset. There were so many comfortable areas to enjoy the views around the villa.We had teenagers who were pleased the wifi worked and the table tennis was entertaining The pool was warm enough and well maintained by carlos. It does take about 12 mins to get up the hill to the villa with v tight corners and bends, so a decent car is recommended The surrounding villages Competa and Fruigiliana are definitely worth visiting and very spanish with lots of pretty places to eat. Nerja is great for shops and lively bars etc. and busier in the evenings. we also went to the Nerja caves with teenagers who enjoyed the morning . We could not fault the villa and Carlos. We can easily recommend to other holiday makers.

Amazing

This villa was excellent for our one-week stay. There was everything you needed, even a “mosquito-killer” :-) It was very hot some of the days, so thank god for the pool and the aircondition (don`t be afraid to use the aircondition, we used it in the evening and some part of the nigths and only spend14 Euros for the whole week!) Carlos is an excellent host - very, very welcoming and helpful, he gave us lots of tips to the area. We didn’t hear him at all when he came to water the flowers and clean the pool, we think he’s a Ninja :-) Due to the hot weather we didn’t go around much, and no need to leave the house with the amazing view and possibility to jump into the pool to cool off. For grocery shopping we recommend Carrefour in the nearby town Nerja, they have excellent bread and a good selection of fresh vegetables and meat. Thank you Carlos, for renting out this amazing villa and thank you for beeing such a wonderfull host:-)

Une vue à couper le souffle !

A notre arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillis par Carlos. La villa est magnifique, confortable et la décoration soignée. La literie est de qualité. Mais le plus fabuleux c’est l’immense terrasse qui propose plusieurs emplacements et plusieurs ambiances. La piscine est très propre et agréable. La vue sur les collines andalouses et la méditerranée est vraiment extraordinaire. Carlos est un hôte très disponible et toujours à l’écoute pour ameliorer notre confort. Tout était parfait. Il faut cependant prendre en compte la présence de moustiques le soir mais de nos jours ils sont partout et Carlos nous a fourni tout le matériel nécessaire éviter qu’ils ne perturbent nos soirées. J’ai trouvé cette villa et les extérieurs très romantiques.
