If you want to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the hills near Torrox, knowing that you will be able to reach the gorgeous beaches in less than 20-minute drive, you should take a look at this holiday home, which is equipped with every comfort and ideal for a couple.

The single-storey house is provided with all the amenities you can think of, thus providing you and your family with a relaxing spot to enjoy the holidays. The living space features a lounge area with one sofa and a flat-screen TV, whereas the kitchen is fully equipped with the electric appliances you will need and a dining table, ideal for the whole family.

The house's two bedrooms are characterised by a double-height ceiling and feature two twin beds and an en-suite with a shower each. This allows two couples to enjoy their holidays in full privacy and, at the same time, sharing the comforts of this house and their well-deserved holiday with each other.

The living room and the bedrooms are provided with warm/cool air-con.

The outdoor space features all the amenities that will make your stay as comfortable as you wish. It features a swinging sofa for falling asleep accompanied by the breeze, an area for "al fresco" dining where you can share your meals with your beloved ones, and two sun loungers for soaking up the sunshine. Likewise, you can do so while swimming in the private pool, too, which overlooks the valley down to the whitewashed houses of Torrox and the Mediterranean Sea.

From January 2022, the house will have a heated pool. The pool will be heated at a maximum temperature of 25-27ºC all year round, depending on the outdoor temperature, except July and August because heating is not necessary.

In the backyard, you will find an area for eating outside in the shade, thanks to a gazebo sheltering a dining table. This space is also provided with a wood oven. Just like in the rest of the outdoor area, you will also enjoy splendid vistas while eating in the backyard.

Access to the villa is possible via a 1.3-km dirt track characterised by slopes and curves.
