The home includes a large bathroom, a separate laundry room, and a bright open-plan kitchen and living area with direct access to a large balcony overlooking the mountains and ocean.

Guests have full and private access to the entire left-side unit of this semi-detached house, including the balcony.



The right-side unit is a completely separate home with its own entrance and has no connection to this rental.
