On the ground floor, an elegant living room with dining area and a separate fully equipped kitchen, both open onto the beautiful porch, also fully equipped with outdoor dining furniture and barbecue.
On the same floor, a double master bedroom with walk-in closet and a bathroom with jacuzzi and shower.
On the first floor a second living room with a work desk, two double bedrooms, a twin room and two bathrooms. The living room and one of the bedrooms have direct access to the spacious terrace.
In the basement a TV room with brand new ktichenette, newly refubished bathroom with shower,a laundry room and garage.

The tourist tax is collected in cash upon arrival and amounts to euro 1,00 per night per guest over 14.
