“Under construction. It was not noted when I reserved rooms. Got there pass 10 pm no front desk. Waited for about 20 minutes. Front desk had to run something upstairs. He was very nice and apologize he was the only one there. Valet refused to valet our 12 seater van. My husband had to find the lot. They started construction noise before 8. One of the room had the fridge so loud My sis in law had to unplug the fridge. Heater was not working.... I was just not happy with this hotel.”

“All in all I’m satisfied with the hotel, but I prefer harder mattresses, so the bed was a little uncomfortable for me. The breakfast is good, but it took very long to come out, even if there was nobody eating at the same time. ”

“Nice hotel for the price. Clean. Friendly staff. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Walls are a little thin but fine.”

“Had to pay 10 dollars a day for parking which wasn’t disclosed before booking. Location was perfect. Stayed 5 nights and our bed never got made. Had to go down to front desk every day for clean towels. Complained to front desk and standard response was that she would document it. The AC unit made a high pitched noise so in the dead of night it was very noisy. We won’t stay at another Marriott hotel. ”

“Hilton used to be real banner of quality, now it is not. Someone’s hair in room, expensive breakfast to order and what’s more they charge parking even we didn’t use parking at all as we didn’t have a car.”

“Room was clean and comfortable. Only negative was there was a problem with the phone in room and the tv.”

“Property is in excellent condition and in a quiet section of Bowie, MD. The staff were inviting and helpful. The lobby has a bar and vast eating/sitting area. The pool is small, but there is a pool; thankfully, we were the only ones occupying it. The hotel is in close proximity to a vast selection of eateries. There is no reason not to stay here, when in the area. ”
