“When we arrived people were still checking out because of the problem with the elevators. So we have to wait for the room to be cleaned. We booked a handicap room but was giving a standard room I called down to the desk and they did move us to a handicap room. The Restaurant was closed for remodeling. One of the two elevators was not working. The hallways were hot. The a/c was working in our room just fine. It could be a nice place to stay. The location is great for someone that wants to shop...

“Breakfasts were ok. Bar needs to be opened Earlier maybe 3:00. Housekeeping was sadly lacking. We stayed 5 nights. On the 3rd day we had to ask for towels and trash removal since household had not been there since check in. They came with towels and emptied trash, that’s all. Never had clean towels after that. Our, bathroom was never cleaned, no new beverage glasses provided at all. Bed never made entire stay. Informed front desk at check out. Clerk was nice and apologized.”

“Room accommodations were excellent, clean, well equipped and served. Breakfast was OUTSTANDING!! It was well supplied and had a wonderful variety. The service people kept all the offering full and available. On the down side, the hotel advertised happy hour, 5-7pm, daily, but on Wednesday and Thursday of our stay, the main desk staff stated that the Happy Hour staff didn't show up. Then they just shrugged it off, as if that was a normal occurrence??”

“All in all I’m satisfied with the hotel, but I prefer harder mattresses, so the bed was a little uncomfortable for me. The breakfast is good, but it took very long to come out, even if there was nobody eating at the same time. ”

“This hotel was fine for our one-night stopover in Annapolis. Location was good with plenty of free parking. The room was spacious, although fairly basic. Beds were clean and comfortable. On the down side, the foyer of the hotel wasn't very clean when we visited. Perhaps someone had just been in with dirty shoes on but the carpet seemed a bit grubby. Breakfast was very basic. So fine for a stopover but don't expect anything fancy.”

“Great breakfast, nice pool and fire pit. We were on 1st floor. Condo was nice, but could hear a lot from condo above us. A lot of people smoking pot on property too. Pool area needs someone to go in there and clean debris around fence line and I think they should upgrade the pool towels.”

“The staff, especially Teresa and Stephanie were extremely helpful. Teresa helped explain the pet fee issue. We stayed 6 nights and we're charged a 100 per cleaning fee as a one time charge and 70 more in pet fees. Make sure you know the total amount you will be charged for your pet. This was adjusted down for me by Teresa to an acceptable amount but was never explained when I made two phone calls prior to my stay. Furthermore, don't expect to speak to the G. Manager, Mr. Gallow. “Wonderful facility. Enjoyed the on site amenities. The garden was an interesting twist.Stayed in the Barn, a little tight for two people but well designed space. I would recommend if in the area.”
