Le logement est très bien situé : suffisamment à l'écart de la ville pour ne pas en avoir les nuisances sonores tout en restant proche des rues piétonnes et des plages. La vue de la terrasse est extraordinaire et le logement spacieux.

Amazing view

The house was in a fantastic location, and the village is a lovely place with a nice beach and great swimming. The house has spacious common areas and a wonderful terrace. What brings the rating down is that everything is a bit worn, and there were several practical issues in the house that didn’t work properly. For example, one of the bedroom doors couldn’t be opened from the inside. The kitchen was a bit messy, and although there was plenty of kitchen equipment, some things were missing. One of the cupboards was so cluttered and full of stuff that it was very hard to see what was actually there. That said, it’s a fantastic house, and it’s not unlikely that we would consider coming back — but it would be great if the house were in slightly better condition.

Our stay in Tossa de Mar was outstanding. Kristjan greeted us with an excellent overview of the town, the restaurants and grocery stores. We were easily able to walk everywhere and explore the coast, the beach, Villa Vella and the delicious restaurants. The view from the deck was fabulous and the home was spacious. Our only disappointment was the kitchen was sparsely equipped and dated. Overall though we would highly recommend this home in Tossa de Mar!

Kristjan et Ana ont un sens de l'accueil et de la disponibilité irréprochables. Ils sont particulièrement disponibles et soucieux du bien être de leurs clients en vacances. Nous souhaitions une grande maison où pouvoir nous retrouver en famille. Ce fut parfait. Le mobilier est simple et les volumes consacrés aux lieux de vie sont très spacieux, ce qui est particulièrement appréciable. La terrasse correspond bien aux photos et la vue est en effet magnifique. Nous dirons qu'elle se mérite car il faut grimper bien haut pour atteindre la maison, mais quelle récompense et quel havre de paix quand on y arrive ! Enfin, autre élément appréciable : tout se fait à pieds et pour les courses, pas de panique, il y a un super marché qui vous livre toutes vos courses en moins de deux heures ! Merci Kristjan y Ana. Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables chez Kristjan et Ana. L appartement au 1er étage d une maison est conforme a la description spacieuse et très bien située, au calme meme en plein mois d'août et a distance raisonnable des plages. Suffisamment équipée pour un lieu de vacances. La terrasse penche un peu...ce qui n enlève rien au charme de l endroit. Kristjan a été disponible et très réactif tout au long du séjour. Nous étions très heureux d avoir choisi Tossa pour nos vacances. C est une tres jolie petite ville qui offre toutes les activités.

Tossa de Mar is a gem on the Costa Brava coast. The house had a spectacular view of the bay and the village below. Well equiped house and the roof terrace with morning sun and shade in the afternoon was perfect. We had a great week and Kristjan Y Ana was there to meet us and gave us really helpful tips about Tossa and the surroundings. Very easy going and allways fast in responding. Will recommend both Tossa and this house to family and freinds. John & Family

The apartment size, room layout, terrace and location has met all expectations. From here you can reach the beautiful town of Tossa by foot. We can recommend this apartment without restriction. La maison a des vues superbes sur les toits de la ville, la vieille ville et sur la mer. Les pièces sont spacieuses et bien équipées. La terrasse est un espace de vie et de détente très agréable à toute heure de la journée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir tout faire sans voiture: faire nos courses, visiter la vielle ville et aller à la plage. Kristjan et Ana nous ont accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et nous ont donné de bons conseils. Ce sont des hôtes très agréables car ils sont à la fois très disponibles et très discrets. Tossa est un lieu privilégié de la Costa Brava qui nous a séduits.

Truly a lovely house with a great view. Every time you can enjoy. House is spacious and comfortable. Spacious, well-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher!). 2 bedrooms with 2 beds, 1 with bathroom, and two bedrooms with two twin beds. Spacious, clean bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Large living room and conservatory with plenty of benches. Wifi is present, very fine. Large balcony with stunning views over Tossa, the bay and the surrounding mountain landscape. Distance to the village is actually four minutes. Seems more, but everything is within walking distance. Back up the stairs, you're finally on a hill a little longer. The village is touristy, but friendly. Beaches are crowded in high season. You can get good snorkelling and diving are available. Walking along the coastal paths of fun is also recommended. We celebrated my 60-year-day with our 3 adult children in Ana's and Kristjan's apartment in Tossa. We were 14 days top existence, the apartment is large and the terrace is the icing on the cake. Tips on sights and restaurants we got by Ana and Kristijan. We also made exercise there are stairs from the house to the city and the beach. Nice to swim and snorkel. Can only recommend it. We rented the top flat of the house and it was perfect! The view is actually amazing and the terrace is huge. We enjoyed spending early mornings and late evenings on the terrace looking at Tossa and the beach and the old town. The apartment is very light and spacey, there is also a fireplace and we used it every evening as well. Kristian and Ana were really friendly and helpful. There was a sudden problem with the Internet connection because of the Internet provider the day we arrived but Kristian did the best making the ISP fix the problem quickly. The overall experience of the stay was wonderful.
