This rural complex is made up of 3 separate houses with a private pool. 2 houses are always open. The third house will remain closed and will only be open for a group of a minimum of 23 people. In total, the houses offer 11 bedrooms: 5 double bedrooms, 3 twin bedrooms and 4 triple bedrooms. There are 6 bathrooms with showers and a toilet in the common area for added convenience.

Each of the two houses has a spacious living-dining room, perfect for family and friends gatherings. The houses are equipped with air conditioning in each of the rooms, ensuring a cool and comfortable environment during the warmer months. All of them have a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for the use of guests.

In addition, there is an industrial kitchen available on request for event catering, with an additional cost of €300.
For any event celebration, the owner must be contacted in advance to sign a contract. Events will have an additional cost depending on the number of people. The villa has a restaurant license and an event license.

The outdoor area is undoubtedly the jewel of this property. With a total area of 6,500 square meters, it has a large 15 x 8 meter swimming pool with a depth of up to 2.10, perfect for cooling off and enjoying the Andalusian sun.

It also has 2 porches carefully decorated and equipped to offer a cozy atmosphere and perfect for outdoor meals. The equipment is completed with a multi-sports area with a ping pong table, badminton set, aquatic goals and a large grass area ideal for practicing yoga.

The access lane to the house is concreted and is easily accessible.
