“Location and setting was beautiful. Great outdoor activities. House seemed lived in e.g full freezer etc. Needed a good clean. Toilet was not good. ”

“We arrived late, it was dark. Great communication but when we got the key it was a little hard to follow the map as the area wasnt lit up that well and the signage was poor. When we got inside there were a few bugs 🐛. I went to boil the jug to make a bottle for my infant but the jug was really dirty. The sink couldnt see if it was hot or cold, could only get one element to work. Unable to connect to the wifi following the instructions. Not able to discuss with staff due to us arriving so late....
