“This is what a pub should be.. Great staff, food was excellent.. Lovely setting by the river,our room was spacious and the bed very comfortable... This pub is in the middle of nowhere but it seemed to be busy which is good sign of a great pub10/10”

“Great communication. Room was spotless and warm for my arrival. Oat milk provided, so I could enjoy a cup of tea! Lovely bathroom, bed is super comfortable and I slept really well. Quiet location only a 15 minute walk from the centre of Totnes. Would definitely stay ahain on a future visit.”

“Good points :- Location, helpful staff, clean an & comfortable rooms and dining facilities, good food. Bad points :- Car park far too small - can be a real problem finding a space and parking. No lift to upper floors and therefore access challenging for some senior citizens and a no-go for the disabled.”
