An ideal location for a pleasant seaside vacation.<br>Location<br>Rue Lamalgue is a semi-pedestrian street with many high-quality food shops, close to all amenities (supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and a shopping center), and just a 2-minute walk from the beaches of Mourillon. It’s easy to park in the neighborhood (free parking), get to the Port of Toulon to take the ferry to Tamaris and Les Sablettes Beach, and reach the SNCF train station (bus stop at the bottom of the street).<br><br>The Apartment<br>The recently renovated apartment (57 m²) is located on the 3rd floor of a building with a secure entrance and intercom. It’s a dual-aspect, bright apartment with high ceilings; the living room has a balcony overlooking Rue Lamalgue. The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator-freezer, induction cooktop, pyrolytic oven, espresso machine, vacuum cleaner) and has everything you need to prepare simple meals. The half-bath is separate, and the washing machine is in the bathroom. One bedroom (11 m²) with a 140 cm bed, a second bedroom (14 m²) with a 160 cm bed, and a living room (14 m²) with a sofa bed each have a walk-in closet (with a hanging rod and shelves).
