“Price was right, but that was it. no breakfast as advertised, rooms are not sound proof, place is dirty. I would stay here again just save money.”

“The continental breakfast was typical. Nothing special.”

“The manger is the worst person I ever came across. Here for a family reunion. And I got in at 1 am. Had two kids with me, checked in, met some family in the parking lot because they had rooms around as well. He called me back in said said he's not going to let me stay. For what reason no clue. Rude and mean, and had no answer to why.”

“The furniture in the rooms and lobby was torn and stained. Bathtub stoppers were disabled and not able to bathe the children. Staff was not offer any solutions just stating under new management and renovation staff was very dismissive to the customer concerns. Observed staff do the same to other customers. I encouraged customer to write a complaint. Staff would not provide information to corporate. We came for the 4th of July our best ti.e was being away from the hotel.”

“We arrived at 10pm the night of, the staff was courteous and helpful. We left at 7:30 am and had no issues.”

“They have an additional requirement of $100 deposit upon check in, which was unexpected. The hot tub is closed the elevator is broken and the staff is lazy and closed the pool instead of cleaning or restocking towels. The fire alarm went off most the night and the front desk staff’s response was to just turn up the already very loud lobby music instead of address the faulty smoke detector/fire alarm.”

“Stayed there for the top gun softball tournament. The hotel was close to the fields and convenient location for other amenities. Had an issue with our air conditioner and they quickly got us into a new room.”

“Friendly, helpful staff. Quiet room. Comfy beds. Nice complimentary happy hour with alcoholic drinks included. We stayed in three different hotels during our trip. This one was by far the best in every way. Perfect stay here.”
