Welcome to La Columérine, a sun-drenched family villa with a private pool and lush garden in the heart of Colomiers, just minutes from Toulouse. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, air conditioning, two terraces, an outdoor sauna, an EV charger and free parking, this charming home is the perfect base for a relaxing holiday in the south-west of France.



The Space:

Step inside La Columérine and you'll find a spacious, light-filled home designed for families who want to spread out and relax. The living room offers comfortable seating and opens onto the garden through wide French doors, while the separate dining room seats the whole group for leisurely meals. The fully equipped kitchen has a hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Three bedrooms provide plenty of sleeping space: a queen-size master with wardrobe, plus two bedrooms upstairs, each with a double bed (140 cm) and reached by an internal staircase — the home is set over two levels. Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a walk-in shower, each come with a hairdryer. The real highlight is outside: a private pool surrounded by sun loungers, a landscaped garden with fruit trees and flowering shrubs, and two terraces with different aspects. The north terrace, refreshed for 2026, features a new shade sail, a new Fermob table and new sun loungers; the wooden west terrace is shaded in the morning — ideal for a quiet coffee. There is a barbecue, an outdoor dining table and a new mosquito trap for comfortable summer evenings, plus a two-person outdoor sauna to unwind. Air conditioning throughout keeps every room cool, and Wi-Fi covers the whole property. The private parking space by the house now includes a 7 kW EV charger, and pets are welcome on request.



Guest Access:

You and your family will have the entire villa to yourselves, including the pool, garden, terrace and private parking. A welcome basket with coffee, tea and a few local treats awaits you on arrival to get your stay off to a great start.



The Neighborhood:

La Columérine is tucked away in a peaceful residential neighbourhood of Colomiers, midway between Toulouse and Tournefeuille. Daily essentials are within easy reach: bakeries, a supermarket and a pharmacy are all a short drive or cycle ride away. The lively centre of Colomiers, with its weekly market, restaurants and boutiques, is just five minutes by car. Families will love the proximity to the Ramée leisure park and its lake, ideal for picnics and walks. The Cité de l'Espace, the Aeroscopia aviation museum and the historic centre of Toulouse with the Capitole, the Basilica of Saint-Sernin and the banks of the Garonne are all easy day trips from the villa.



Getting Around:

Several bus lines connect Colomiers to central Toulouse, with stops within walking distance of the villa. The Colomiers train station offers regular services to Toulouse Matabiau in about fifteen minutes, handy for car-free day trips into the city. Toulouse-Blagnac Airport is only ten minutes away by car, and the motorway network provides quick access to Albi, Carcassonne and the Pyrenean ski resorts. A private parking space is included, making the villa an ideal base for exploring the region by car.
