At the foot of the Montagne Noire, very close to the lake of Saint-Ferréol (400m) and its many activities (swimming, pedal boats, canoeing, sailing, stand-up paddle, mountain bike rental and leisure activities...), you can recharge your batteries in this very bright house and enjoy its large private indoor swimming pool (open from May to October with a water temperature of approximately between 24 and 30°C, covered with a shelter where you can walk around standing up). Large enclosed garden with trees, garage for one car, parking on the property, many games: table football, ping-pong table, basketball hoop and billiards in the living room. Privileged location between the major sites of the Occitanie region: Toulouse, Carcassonne, Castelnaudary, Albi, close to Revel, a country house with a famous market and the Canal du Midi. Equestrian center next to the Saint-Ferréol campsite. A year-round rental (2 people), with separate entrance, is adjoining, on the ground floor of the house, but does not have access to the garden or the swimming pool.
