“La habitación no cumplió lo que yo reserve y no me la cambiaron. Es EXCESIVO el pagó por estar en la playa del mismo hotel, (con la mitad del costo comes, bebes y te la pasas de lujo en los clubes de playa). La comida repetitiva 3 menús y es todo. No regreso a ese hotel.”

“Had some issues with the hotel concierge. Had a car booked through the concierge that they failed to arrange, was at midnight and had to have a taxi come grab us after half an hour. Had another issue with a lunch booking that I had to manually confirm. Think overall the property is ok, but not at par with the service you’d get from an actual 5 star hotel. If you’re into it for the views, just come by for a cocktail and spend your money elsewhere.”

Anna went out of her way to take very good care of us and was present all the time. Marsel the man with many responsibilities was very sweet too. All the staff were picked meticulously.
