Just a stone's throw from Place Plumereau, a popular spot for tourists and students with its many bars and restaurants, its location is ideal for enjoying Vieux Tours and the surrounding area.

The fully-equipped kitchen (hotplates, oven...) opens onto the living room, where you'll find a comfortable sofa for relaxing in front of the TV while taking advantage of the Internet connection.

Next, you'll find a sleeping area with a 160cm double bed, plenty of storage space and a bathroom with a large bathtub, just off the bedroom.

For your comfort, you'll enjoy a spotless apartment thanks to professional housekeeping. All you'll need to do when you arrive is put down your suitcases, your bed will be made up and towels will be waiting for you. So everything is included in the cleaning fee.

Please note that the apartment is located in a very lively area of Tours and may therefore be subject to noise pollution. However, you'll be right in the heart of the city, enjoying the architecture, the neighborhood and its surroundings :)

The street around the apartment is pedestrianized. Parking spaces are available on the Bords de Loire.
The tramway (Porte de Loire stop) is 350 meters from the apartment.
Tours train station is 1.4 kilometers away.

The studio is on the 2nd floor (no elevator).

Le Vieux Tours is a lively district where you can admire the typical architecture of the buildings and enjoy the many bars and restaurants.
You'll find plenty of shops nearby (supermarkets, markets, bakeries, etc.).
Less than a 5-minute walk will take you to Les Halles, where you'll find regional produce and other restaurants. There's a market twice a week.
