This charming detached house is surrounded by a private courtyard. You enter a large open-plan living area comprising a dining space, a comfortable lounge with a television, wood-burning stove, and Wi-Fi, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190cm), and a third bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x190cm). A shower room, a separate WC, and a washing machine are also provided. In the courtyard, you can enjoy a gas barbecue/griddle, a lounge area, and garden furniture with a parasol. A small fish pond is also located in the courtyard. A ping-pong table, basketball hoop, and pétanque balls are available. Linens, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, and electricity are included. Heating is €10 per day. Firewood is €30 per stere. Cats are not permitted. In a peaceful rural setting, the cottage is located just 1 km from the Tourtoirac Caves and 8 km from Hautefort Castle (gardens and medical museum). Nearby, you can also explore the old forges of Savignac-Lédrier, the truffle ecomuseum in Sorges, and the dry stone hut trail in Savignac-les-Églises. For activities, you'll be close to the Rouffiac leisure park (swimming, pedal boats, electric boats, water skiing, treetop adventure courses), the Périgord Vert railbike in Corgnac-sur-l'Isle, and the Auvézère gorges (swimming, canoeing, hiking). A fantastic Terra Aventura geocaching trail awaits you in the village!
