“Property was average, drawers in room were broken, we reported it locally, staff were friendly. Big issue for us was already we have a claim from ParkingEye for a parking fine for an in and out on Friday 6/24 around lunchtime, obviously a scam since we arrived 6/21 and left on 6/26 as scheduled and the car details were in your system for all other in and out journeys without issue. To add insult to injury, the rental car Europcar, wants a fee for providing our contact details in the USA on this...
